David Watts establishes lead in the NKRA BLUE CHALLENGE at Lydd.
David Watts, in a clear Pole-to-flag result at Lydd International race circuit, in Kent, establishes himself as the early leader of the NKRA BLUE CHALLENGE. Second on the day was the current number one, Joey Foster, points wise, this puts him into 3rd place overall in the Series. Third on the day was Harry Smithson with 7 points, which puts him firmly into 2nd place in the Championship. Callum Jobson and Dean Smithers both have 8 championship points, but, because of a better drop option, Jobson sits in 4th place overall with Smithers in 5th.

Gray commands a dominant lead in the BLUE Veteran group. HIs zero score is backed up with a zero points drop option. In second place, Nigel Vickery shares his position with David Waldron but has a better drop score. Fourth and fifth are Ron Shone and John Hartshorne respectively
In the BLUE Top Weight section, Billy Thomas won the day but it is Dean Smithers who sits in the Championship lead, with Zero points from Thomas, second on 2 points. Alex Fortune, last year’s champion, rests in 3rd spot from Max Gunter who is one point behind.
