McLeod Duo fill the Podium

Round 2 of the Blue Challenge at Rissington fell to the McLeod family. Duncan McLeod having secured pole position, took the overall win, capitalising on the leader, Anthony Cleal, suffering a puncture whilst in the lead. Son, Mitchell McLeod, filled the next place on the podium with a spirited 2nd place just ahead of Russell O’Neill and Mike Bell. Duncan, by virtue of this result, takes the overall lead in the Championship in Formula Blue, Blue Master, Veteran, and Top Weight sections.
David Goode scored a win from pole in the Blue Legend sub-class and takes the lead away from Robin Stoddart-Stones, who was unable to race due to illness.
The next meeting is at Mansell Raceway on 28th April.
