Another clear win for Russell O’Neill. Scoring 22 points at Forest Edge on 5th September has allowed him to further extend his lead in the Tabor Championship. 2nd on the day was Serita Shone with 18 points, which in turn cements her 3rd place overall, behind Anthony Cleal who finished 3rd on the day. Returnee to the racing scene Taylor Waldron, scored a very creditable 16 points moving him up to equal 11th from 14th. Ben Joseph and David Goode took 4th and 5th with 14 points and 13 points respectively. Goode and Joseph, in the process, moved up to 4th and 5th in the Tabor in the Championship, demoting Mike Bell, who unfortunately had a DNF in the final.
Racing customers who had to organise around a back-to-back pair of race meetings, now have a 3-week gap before the net scoring round at Mansell on 10th October.
