TABOR CHAMPS RESULTS FROM WHILTON MILL
A dramatic ‘Final’ result for Joey Foster in winning the day at Whilton Mill, at round 2 of the NKRA Blue Challenge, promotes him up to 2nd place in the Tabor Customer Championships.
2nd place, on the day, for Jeff Ellis moves him up to equal 4th.
Fellow ‘Pirate’, Alex Kemp enjoyed a dramatic return, following a 12 month lay=off, taking 3rd place on the day thereby jumping straight into equal 6th overall.
4th on the day was Nigel Vickery, the leader going into this round, which was more than enough to find him still in the lead by some 8 ponts from Foster.
New boy to the Championship, Phil Waters ended the day with a 5th place based soley on points scored from his leased engine. He slots into 8th place overall !
Overall, Russell O’Neill stays in 3rd place, 3 points behind Foster, whilst Ron Shone slips down the order to equal 4th ( with Jeff Ellis) a further 2 points adrift of O’Neill.
The next scoring round is on the 21st of June, at the Fulbeck race circuit, for round 3 of the NKRA Championship.
