Round 4 of the 2 Counties Club Championship held at Forest Edge on October 2st witnessed two clear-cut lights to flag wins in different classes. 
In Cadet Honda,  Ethan Leader scored minimum points to win the day.  it is, however,  Charlie Vaughan,  who finished 5th overall, who still hold the Championship lead, though Joshua Wittington-Couch has closed him down in 2nd overall.
In the Formula BLUE class, Duncan McLeod extended his lead over second placed Jake Calvert with a sparkling light to flag win.  the top five positions in the Championship remain unchanged. 
Duncan McLeod also leads the BLUE Master and Veteran sections, though it is Rob Mortimore who now takes up the 2nd spot in both sub-sections.
In the BLUE Legends sub-class, Ron Shone holds the lead over David Goode, but only by the grace of countback,  as they share equal points. 
The BLUE Top Weight section finds Duncan McLeod still in the lead with an increased points tally over Jake Calvert.
The next Two Counties round is scheduled for October 29th at Mansell Raceway, in Devon.

Competitors are reminded that entries for Two Counties Club Championship round 4 to be held at Forest Edge ( on 1st October)  will close on Monday 25th Sept.   Entries received after that date may still be accepted but will be charged visitors rates and will receive a rear of grid start.

Tabor Karting will NOT be in attendance with their mobile shop at Little Rissington  22nd 23rd & 24th September for the Midland Championships.  Competitors requiring tyres and / or specific spares for this event, please order your requirements in advance ( Tel 01305 774074)  by 12 pm  on  Tuesday 19th September,  for collection at the circuit from the Team Tabor race support van on that weekend.   Thank you. 

Following on from our fantastic showing in the S & B Automotive Academy Formula Blue Challenge at Little Rissington earlier this year.  Formula Blue has been selected for inclusion in the Midland Championships.   This is a great time for the ‘Blue Brigade’ to continue to make its mark at Little Rissington and also enjoy the level of competition afforded by one of England’s most established one weekend Championships.  The format will be a 2-day race meeting with separate Heats and Finals on both Saturday and Sunday with a 1 set of tyres rule to cover both days.   
For Formula Blue competitors,  who will not be overstretched by racing the following week in the Two Counties round at Forest Edge,  it is a great opportunity to enjoy a 2-day meeting  ( 8 races overall)  and help establish the class at Little Rissington in anticipation of rounds there next year.  
N.B.  The purchase of new tyres is not compulsory nor is attendance on the Friday practice day.
