Russell O’Neill wins £500

Russell O’Neill suffered a thrown chain in the Final of the last scoring round of the Tabor Customer Championships at Clay Pigeon. Despite this, his lead was such that he still won overall and claimed the £500 first prize. Serita Shone took the day’s win with 16 points and finished the year in 2nd place, with a prize of £400. Behind her came Robin Stoddart-Stones and David Goode, taking £300 & £200 pounds respectively. Rob Mortimore jumped from 7th to 5th and wins the last prize of £100.
The presentation of awards and trophies takes place at the 2CKC evening on November 23rd. Thereafter, there is a winter break until March of 2020 allowing all racers to ‘chill’ and recharge their ‘batteries’ ready for the new race season.
